Yes, you can work as a Designated Agent which is when a brokerage has both the listing and a buyer client (or landlord & tenant) for the same property, the broker may designate two separate agents within the firm to represent the seller and the buyer individually. This allows each client to have dedicated representation while the brokerage handles both sides of the transaction. This can be practiced with informed written consent from both clients at the beginning of their agency relationship.
