Real Estate Licensees can can represent landlords looking to find tenants for their rental properties or tenants looking for a place to rent. This involves marketing the property, screening tenants, & depending on the type of property we can fill in the blanks of preprinted approved lease agreements. Other properties we start the agreement with a letter of intent so be crafted into a contract by an attorney - or the principals themselves. Sometimes working with an owner can lead to ongoing property management opportunity. Property management can be an additional service, involving rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
