Are there Qualifications to Become a Real Estate Salesperson?

Here in New Jersey, there are several requirements to become a real estate salesperson. There is pre-licensing course including a final test and the state exam currently administered by PSI. In addition the Commission must be satisfied as to the applicant's honesty, trustworthiness, character and integrity. This step is managed through IdentoGO by Idemia.
