You can choose to take this course either remote/virtually or in-person at our real estate school located at 300G Lake Street, Ramsey, NJ. Your decision must be made before the first day of class and it will be what you stick with for the entirety of the set of classes. The textbook will not be delivered by mail; it must be collected directly at our school at 300F Lake Street Extension, Ramsey, NJ.
