An Active Contingent

When any seller accepts an offer from a buyer, that offer is contingent upon the buyer’s ability to meet certain conditions before the sale is finalized. These contingencies might include:

1. Buyer selling their home

2. Receiving mortgage approval

3. Reaching an agreement with the seller on the home inspection.
